Home Cyn Home July 2021 printable calendar

We are officially over the hill and on our way down to the end of 2021, which so far has proven to be an interesting year to say the least.

June saw the beginning of the "unlocking" process here in Mumbai, and pretty much like in 2020, some things are being returned to us, one bit at a time.
June saw the monsoon arrive on time, I got my first vaccine jab and I even got to celebrate my birthday in a restaurant!

I don't know if it is me growing older, or if this past year has put down a lot of things into perspective, but the very act of going out, and enjoy my favourite meal in my favourite restaurant was just about enough of a gift and probably one of the most special birthday I had in years.

If you want to see a few snaps of that day, head to Instagram and click on the Sushi illustration to slide through the pictures.

I've also been working on revamping my newsletter sign up form and included some welcome freebies and am working on more to come.

I'm looking forward to July, not because I have a lot of expectation, but because it's the peak of the monsoon and I love the cozy feeling of a rainy day. It's also my daughter's birthday and our marriage anniversary, so there is more to celebrate.
I'm also working on getting myself a little office nook in my bedroom which should be complete by the end of the week or so.

The 1st of the month also means it's time to download the calendar page, and I know many of you just came for that.

The artwork is available as a printable postcard and a phone wallpaper for my Patreons and I will upload it very soon on select items in my Society6 shop.

If you haven't already, I recommend signing up for the Newsletter as Feedburner is all set to stop sending new blog posts notice this month.
I send the newsletter every Sunday, with a weekly recap of what has been posted on the blog, a recap of my week and regular freebies. Last week I was giving my dear subscribers a cute stickers set to celebrate my birthday, and I plan on creating one exclusive printable stickers set each month from now on.
What's more, the instant you join, you'll get access to a super cute tropical themed set of motivational quote stickers.

All you need to do is fill the sign up form and you are all set :

  1. Many belated happy returns of the day, may goddess saraswati bless you with more creativity. It is great that you could celebrate your birthday in your favourite restaurant. Meanwhile,it is boiling hot in Delhi. There seems to be a heat wave in Canada and USA as well with comparable temperatures. In canada there was news that car windows and window panes got shattered due to heat. Global warming I suppose. Looking forward to monsoon rains.

    1. Thank you :-)

I have a friend living in Seattle who posted an article saying that this "heat dome" is a once in 1000 years or so event apparently. The really challenge is that this area is usually temperate to cool even in the Summer months, and people in the area do not have AC units at home.

We are still steaming in Mumbai, the monsoon arrived on time, and it rained nicely until the 14th then it started raining a lot less and these days we have a lot of sun and all the humidity is coming out of the grounds again.
